Please note that we do not ship daily. Orders ship within 7-14 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order is scanned at the post office.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless an item is defective or an error was made on our part. If you believe your item arrived damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, please email us at freyasgarden13@yahoo.com within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Free local pickup is available in Rocky Mount, VA. Pickup orders will be ready in 5-7 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with pickup instructions and the pickup location.

To ensure a smooth and safe pickup, please schedule a pickup time in advance by replying to your order email, using the contact form on our website, or messaging us on our Facebook or Instagram business pages.

Orders are placed on the porch for contact-free pickup at your scheduled time.

For privacy and safety, we kindly ask that customers do not arrive without prior arrangement.

Essential oils are used in some of our products but always thoughtfully and in very small amounts.

Essential oils are highly concentrated extracts of a plant's volatile compounds and it takes a significant amount of plant material, often pounds or even gallons of fresh plant matter, to produce a very small amount of oil. Because of this, they are both potent and resource intensive.

There is a common misconception that essential oils offer the same benefits as teas, tinctures, or other whole plant preparations. In reality, essential oils represent only one part of the plant: the volatile oils, while traditional herbal preparations work with the full spectrum of plant constituents.

At Freya's Garden, we believe in honoring the whole plant whenever possible. Essential oils used sparingly and with intention, only when they truly serve a purpose.

We use only pure essential oils and never fragrance oils.
