Packed with vitamin C and antioxidants, rosehips support the immune system and help reduce inflammation, speeding recovery during colds and flu. 

A traditional remedy for calming coughs, Wild Cherry Bark helps suppress spasmodic coughing while toning and soothing the bronchial system. 

A powerful antimicrobial and expectorant, Thyme helps fight infection while clearing mucus from the chest and sinuses.

Suggested Use: 

Steep 1–2 tsp of tea blend per 8 oz of hot water, covered, for 10–15 minutes. Strain and cool before serving to children. Sweeten with honey if desired (only for children over 1 year old). Can be enjoyed warm, cold, or frozen into popsicles for soothing support during cold and allergy season.
