What's inside:
Yellow dock stimulates liver function and is a blood purifier. It improves the absorption of iron from the intestines.
One tablespoon of blackstrap molasses contains 20% of the iron you need per day. Unlike sugar, blackstrap molasses stabilizes blood sugar and slows the metabolism of glucose and carbohydrates. Blackstrap molasses also promotes skin health, bone health and is high in potassium, vitamin B6, magnesium, manganese, and selenium.
Dandelion leaf is rich in vitamins and minerals, fortifies and cleanses the blood, and contains more iron and calcium than spinach. Dandelion leaf gently boosts red blood cell production.
Spearmint improves alertness and memory, reduces stress and insomnia, and is high in antioxidants.
Nettle leaf is high in iron and helps alleviate iron deficiency anemia by helping the body create more red blood cells. Nettle is a super food and contains vitamins A, K, C, and B as well as minerals like calcium, magnesium, and potassium. Nettle is also a powerful anti-inflammatory.
Rosehips are rich in vitamin C which increases iron absorption.
