A calming herbal blend to support digestion, soothe bloating, and ease discomfort.
Crafted with a gentle yet effective combination of digestive herbs, Quiet the Gut is the perfect companion after meals or during bouts of digestive distress. Whether you're dealing with bloating, gas, cramping, or nervous stomach, this tea helps bring calm to your belly and ease to your mind.
Herbal Benefits:
Chamomile is a classic calming herb that not only relaxes the mind but also soothes spasms in the digestive tract, making it ideal for upset stomach, cramping, or IBS symptoms.
Known for relieving gas, bloating, and indigestion, Fennel helps relax the muscles of the gut and reduces fermentation that leads to discomfort.
Lemon Balm calms nervous tension and supports both digestion and mood. Especially useful when digestive issues are stress-related.
Ginger Root stimulates healthy digestion, reduces nausea, improves bile flow, and relieves bloating and cramping. A warming herb that gently gets things moving.
Marshmallow Root is a soothing demulcent that coats and calms the digestive tract. Helpful for inflammation, heartburn, and gut lining support.
Peppermint cools and relaxes the digestive tract, reducing spasms, easing gas, and improving the overall flow of digestion.
Safe for the Whole Family:
While Quiet the Gut was crafted with adults in mind, all of the herbs in this blend are gentle and well-known for being safe for children when used appropriately. You can offer a diluted version to little ones, especially during times of tummy upset, gas, or general digestive discomfort.
Suggested Use:
For Adults:
Steep 1–2 teaspoons of Quiet the Gut tea in 8–10 oz of boiling water for 5–10 minutes, covered. Strain and enjoy warm, up to 3 times daily, especially after meals or when experiencing digestive discomfort. Sweeten with honey or your favorite natural sweetener if desired.
For Children:
Use a smaller amount of tea and a shorter steep time for a milder infusion. Steep ½ to 1 teaspoon in 4–6 oz of boiling water for 3–5 minutes, then strain and cool. Serve warm or at room temperature. Dilute with additional water if needed. Sweeten with honey for children over 1 year old.
